Important Notice

Some participants have expressed concerns about obtaining a visa to Canada for ICCCASU6 in July. Indeed, securing a visa to Canada has become increasingly challenging. After discussions with Canadian Senator Honorable Woo, the Honorary Chair of the ICCCASU6 conference, he has kindly agreed to provide invitation letters for participants whose abstracts have been accepted by the scientific committee. Due to Senator Woo's busy schedule, this privilege will only be extended to participants who register by January 31, 2025.
 
Accepted participants will receive their acceptance letters from the ICCCASU scientific committee by mid-February. We will then collect some key information from you to provide to Senator Woo’s office, which will prepare the official invitation letters. These letters are expected to be sent out by mid-March. Furthermore, Senator Woo’s office can assist with tracking your visa application process once your application has been submitted.

Registration Fee

Early Bird Rates (before March 15, 2025)

  • Participation in person* $350 USD
  • Participation online: $50 USD

Standard Rates (from March 16, 2025):

  • Participation in person*: $450 USD
  • Participation online: $100 USD

Refund Policy

  • If your Abstract is not accepted, you will get a full refund.
  • If you don't get a visa to Canada, you will get a full refund.
  • Any participant who plans to attend in person can be changed to online by May 30, and you will receive a differential refund.

Important Dates:

  • Registration and Abstract Submission Deadline: March 15, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: Three weeks after submission
  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: May 31, 2025
  • Conference Dates: July 26-31, 2025

*Participants wishing to switch from in-person to online attendance can do so until May 30, 2025. Refunds will be processed accordingly.

Note:

As it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain visas for entry into Canada, we encourage all participants to begin the application process as soon as possible. We have reached an agreement with the Canadian government to assist with visa-related issues.

If your papers are accepted, the registration fee will be refunded.
